12th EastWest Annual Business Conference

A one-day corporate conference for EastWest Logistics Ltd., bringing together 180 staff and partners at the Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. HK Event Pro coordinated the venue setup, stage and AV equipment, and managed the registration process. The programme included keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and a networking lunch. All segments were scheduled and supervised to ensure smooth transitions and on-time delivery.
